Effective Collaboration training

 

The Collaboration Workshop is a short interactive practical workshop that aims to further develop the collaborative skills of your employees. Employees will learn about the 5 key skills for effective collaboration, working across cultures, and the importance of taking ownership;  individual accountability. 

Participants discover the key ingredients of effective collaboration, they check in how they experience their current collaborations, and they discover & practice with the key skills for effective collaboration.

Coaching skills training for managers

Teamsessions
